We’re delighted to introduce Steve Goulston as CCLT’s newly appointed Joint Chief Executive Officer. Steve took up post in April and will work alongside Andrew George who has been CEO, since late 2015.

Steve joins CCLT following an impressive career in the construction and development sectors. He started his career a chartered accountant, finance controller and then chief operating officer with national and regional development companies in commercial and residential development including social housing. Working for organisations including Dean & Dyball Group, Alfred McAlpine Partnership Housing, Wates Living Space and Berkeley Homes amongst others in a career spanning over 30 years…so far!

Steve said, “I am delighted to be joining the team at CCLT and aim to bring my experience and skills in development and construction to assist in achieving CCLT’s mission of delivering community led affordable homes in Cornwall. Living as I do in West Cornwall this is a great opportunity to get involved in something I am passionate about, helping to resolve our housing crisis”

He will lead CCLT‘s development team to ensure that the many community-led projects both in the early planning stages and those which have successfully progressed to secure planning, will navigate through the current challenging market conditions to completion. Providing the secure affordable homes our communities and local people so desperately need.
