CCLT is pleased that two further projects on which it has been working in recent years will very soon come to Cornwall Council for final planning determination.

These will provide 23 homes for local people in St Dennis and 15 affordable homes for locals in Lanivet. The Lanivet Housing Working Party has strongly backed CCLT in its work throughout what has turned out to be a long arduous process.
