Cornwall Community Land Trust (CCLT) is a successful charitable community benefit society, delivering high quality community-led affordable homes across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and providing development agency and advisory services to similar projects outside its region. CCLT is also a Registered Provider and Investment Partner with Homes England.
CCLT has a vacancy for an experienced and versatile Development Manager with an excellent track record of practical delivery of housing projects; especially and preferably of community-led housing projects. It would be an advantage for the applicant to be a qualified chartered surveyor and to have a demonstrable commitment to the ethos of community-led, charitable and affordable homes projects.
Primary responsibilities: to deliver CCLT's affordable homes programme – each project, from concept to completion; to secure new opportunities; and to manage CCLT's project pipeline.
Location: although CCLT would prefer the post holder to work from a base in Cornwall, it would also be prepared to consider applicants who may base themselves outside Cornwall and who would primarily work from home.
