On 15 January 2016 a small group of board members, staff from Cornwall CLT and consultants visited the SOLCER house at the Cenin site in Stormydown near Bridgend, Wales.

This low energy house exemplifies how the use of modern technologies and good construction can produce an energy efficient home.
