Work has begun on 7 new homes on land owned by Cornwall CLT at West Lane, Landrake. The project has been in the pipeline for over 7 years and the site was eventually purchased by Cornwall CLT in 2012. Planning approval was obtained in 2013 and the homes will now be delivered in conjunction with Aster Homes Ltd.

The 3 x two bedroom homes and 4x three bedroom homes are being built by JJ Jones of St Austell for Aster Homes Ltd. The homes will be available to rent from Spring 2016 via Aster Communities.
