This year we’ve been working hard engaging with the public and stakeholders, spreading our message that it is possible to provide quality affordable housing for local communities.

Our stand at the Royal Cornwall Show was a great success. We spoke to farmers and, land agents and made several leads for possible sites for affordable housing developments in some of the county’s most expensive villages.

We given presentations at Cornwall Council and provided training sessions with Planning Officers and Cornwall Councillors so they can gain a greater understanding of how we work and what we have already achieved.

Next year we will continue to build on these partnerships and working closely with Cornwall Council to provide a solution to Cornwall’s affordable housing crisis.
