Community Led Homes
Community Led Homes is a new partnership between the Confederation of Co-operative Housing, Locality, the National Community Land Trust Network and UK Cohousing.
Their website has details of several funding packages available for Community Led Housing projects, from Group stage to site and plan stages to build stages.

The Nationwide Building Society
The Nationwide Building Society has launched another round of community grants worth up to £50,000. The application window is from 21 October – 22 November in the South of England (which in this instance includes Cornwall)
These grants are a great opportunity for Community Led Housing groups helping people in housing need, as they can cover core costs.

The Rural Community Energy Fund
The Rural Community Energy Fund – Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy have announced the Rural Community Energy Fund
The Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF) is a £10 million programme. It supports rural communities in England to develop renewable energy projects, which provide economic and social benefits to the community.
RCEF provides support to rural communities in 2 stages and is being run by 5 regional Local Energy Hubs.
- Stage 1: grants of up to £40,000 for a feasibility study for a renewable energy project
- Stage 2: grants of up to £100,000 for business development and planning of feasible schemes

The Community Pub Business Support Programme – Plunkett Foundation
Want to take ownership of your local pub and run it for the benefit of the community? The More than a Pub programme provides business development support to enable the community ownership of pubs in both rural and urban communities across England. Support and funding is available to the community pub sector until September 2020.
