Four Seas is developing a co-housing community at Carveth Farm near Helston.

Jackie Carpenter, who is well known throughout the co-housing community for her successful work in establishing new co-housing communities, is leading the initiative. So far, the group has tidied the site, developed food-growing areas, and built two log cabins at the centre of the community.
