A new CLT in Constantine near Falmouth held its launch event on Tuesday 28th April 2015 and they are now ready to incorporate the CLT as a company limited by guarantee.

Constantine CLT is the 11th CLT that Cornwall CLT has helped to establish. Cornwall CLT provided the steering group with a National CLT Network grant funded technical assistance day in 2014 helping them to understand the purpose of a CLT and the formats it can take. We hope to provide them with a further days assistance later this year to prepare them for the first step in looking at a housing project.
