As we approach the end of 2015, Cornwall CLT has been reflecting on its work with local community land trusts. We have had one of our busiest years helping local CLTs and as the National CLT Network Technical Assistance Provider for Cornwall, we have delivered three training days to local groups who are setting up a Community Land Trust in their community.

We have also helped some of the established Cornwall based CLTs to sell homes and look at new projects.

There are 10 local CLTs in Cornwall and two on the road to establishing. We are looking forward to a busy 2016.
