Since our formation in 2006 we have been keen to deliver homes right across our area of benefit which includes the Isles of Scilly. Until now all our projects have been in Cornwall but in March we started building a CLT home on the Isles of Scilly. The tenant was identified from day one and has been working with us through the design stages to build a home that will enable them to remain living on the island.

Building on the Isles of Scilly presents a set of unique challenges from contending with the weather (both good and bad) to getting materials delivered via boat. The contractor SJ Quick & Sons of Crowlas are making good progress and the home should be complete by the end of the year.
