Cornwall CLT is delighted to announce that it is teaming up with local developer KMD to provide 12 new homes at Treroosel Road, St Teath. The site is Phase 2 of the Brambleside development completed in 2011 and will help to house at least eight local households. Work on site is scheduled to start in August 2015.

Eight of the twelve homes will be affordable sale homes for local people built by KMD for Cornwall CLT. 4 homes are already reserved with 3 x 2 bedroom bungalows still available. Four homes will be built by KMD for open market sale.
