A Community Housing Event for local community groups, Town and Parish Councils concerned about the housing problems of local people, and who want to do something to help.
Talks, presentations, workshops and exhibitors’ stands. People who know how to do and have done it will be available to answer questions.
This is a free event and will focus on example schemes from across Cornwall bringing together experts in the housing sector and Councillors who have experience of delivering affordable housing schemes. It will also provide an opportunity to examine the possibilities and the challenges for community-led housing, and to look at different kinds of housing schemes available for communities to explore.
Cornwall CLT is supporting and working in partnership with the Cornwall Association of Local Councils and Coastline Housing who are organising the event.
