Six affordable homes for locals for ever

Cornwall Community Land Trust (CCLT) will hold a public consultation event before it submits a planning application to Cornwall Council for the provision of six in perpetuity affordable homes in Carleen. Though there are a number matters yet to be finally concluded – eg the precise balance of rental and intermediate market sale homes – most final design issues have been resolved.
The project is a continuation of a proposal which had to be shelved in 2015; one which had strong local community support, including from the Parish Council.

The event which will be held online on Wednesday 9th June at 7.30pm will be open to any resident in the Carleen, Trew, Polladras and area or who has family ties and who has a potential interest in the project.
