Cornwall CLT has been working with Wendron Parish Council and Coastline Housing to develop a scheme for 16 much needed affordable homes for local people in the Parish. Cornwall CLT has recently secured planning approval for 16 homes on a site at Rame Cross and purchased the land. Coastline Housing are now on site constructing the homes; 11 for affordable rent and 5 for shared ownership sale. The homes will be available in Spring 2018.
