New Board Members join Cornwall CLT

Cornwall Community Land Trust (CCLT) is delighted to announce the arrival of three new trustees to help strengthen the Board while it pursues its aim of raising £250,000 through a share issue. Peter Fraser owner of Harbour Lights in Falmouth, Amy Nettleton Head of Sales & Marketing at Aster and Phil Jones who has recently moved to Cornwall after a successful career in property. Phil Randall, Chair of the Board, said “I am really pleased with the new appointments. With the money raised from the share offer we are hoping to grow the charity and number of houses we develop quite substantially from 2016 onwards. These new trustees give us not only new ideas and perspectives but a depth of business, marketing and property knowledge.”

The three new trustees join the Board at the same time as former St Ives MP, Andrew George takes over as Director of the charity.
