The four affordable homes constructed by KMD Developments off Treligga Downs Road, Delabole were handed over on 24 April 2015. Cornwall CLT are delighted with these new homes and have managed to quickly sell all four units. One unit has been sold to a local purchaser with the remaining 3 units purchased by Aster.

The homes have transformed a redundant former South West Water depot and are to be known as Reservoir Close.
