Cornwall CLT Limited is working as development agents on a Cornwall Rural Housing Association project at Menheniot near Liskeard.

The project will provide 18 dwellings in total; a mixture of one, two and three bedroom houses for affordable rent or affordable discounted sale.

Cornwall Rural Housing Association has engaged Kier Living to construct the dwellings which should be available for occupation by late November 2014.
