Six Affordable Homes for locals in Breage Parish, - land off Wheal Vor Rd, Carleen
We’re pleased we are now able to restart a community-supported homes-for-locals project we regrettably were obliged to abandon five years ago. Now we’d be pleased to hear from locals who’d be interested in the proposed new homes and also from locals who wish to comment on the proposals.
We would now welcome comments and advice on this proposal from local residents. We have of course consulted and will continue to consult local Councillors and would like to invite those who wish to support and help guide the project to join us in a small project Working Party. The Working Party will help shape the scheme and in an effort to maximise community benefit and expectations.

The designs are still at an early stage of design but please CLICK HERE to see a location plan and initial layout. These will also be posted on local noticeboards, including outside Carleen Village Hall. If you have any questions about the proposal please email us on or write to our postal address below.
We encourage residents to complete a the short questionnaire (link above) however we will also be posting out a paper copy to households so please do not fill in both.
Please also encourage others, especially those in need who have a strong connection with Breage Parish.
